'Grow to Share' Garden

At Nutrition & Services for Seniors we believe that good nutrition and access to fresh fruit and vegetables are an essential part of aging and aging well.

Our "Grow to Share" Garden is a wonderful enhancement to our family of programs.  The garden, behind our main facility on Concord Road in Beaumont, grows fresh fruits and vegetables for our homebound clients to enjoy.

We have eighteen all organic, raised beds growing:

  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Lettuce
  • Collards
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

Volunteers will soon plant our spring crop of:

  • Green Beans
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Peas and more

Come visit the garden and lend us a hand - we always need volunteers!
