Once again, we're completely amazed by what a giving community we live in! Today, we were WOWED with a check presentation and large donation of fans to support our Annual Summer Fan Drive initiative, giving our homebound clients relief from the Southeast Texas heat! SYNERGY HomeCare Southeast Texas partnered with Taylor Home Health, Brookdale Senior Living, Texas Home Health & Hospice, and Jefferson Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC to bring comfort to our aging and disabled community. These agencies, along with donations from Humana, Rose Center, Primary Care Anywhere PLLC, Leak Sealers, Inc., CommonCents Credit Union, Quality Mat Company, Altus Home Health and Enhance Wellness have made it possible for thousands of seniors and disabled adults right here at home to receive the tools they need to remain living independently at home, but not alone all year long!
